We do not normally take a deposit for bookings, however certain treatments will require a deposit. Please ask for further details.
We understand that cancellations can sometimes be unavoidable, however we do request that when possible, you give the salon at least 24 hours notice. No shows and late cancellations may incur a cost or loss of a treatment within a course.
Any courses of treatments and vouchers purchased with Rejuvenate Beauty must be redeemed within six months of the original purchase.
Please arrive in good time, late arrivals scheduled end time can sometimes not be moved as this may delay the following clients treatment.
We politely ask that you turn off or put your mobile phone on silent whilst in the salon so as not to disturb yours or other peoples treatment.
If you need to bring your little one, please ring in advance and we will try our best to fit you in when quieter treatments are not in progress.
